Principal Mandy Casey proudly leads the Cougars at Campbell Elementary. With over 20 years in education, including 16 years in Lamar CISD, Mrs. Casey began her career at Campbell Elementary in 2004 as a first-grade teacher. She has served in a variety of roles throughout Lamar CISD, including classroom teacher, special education teacher, and assistant principal. After graduating from Lamar Consolidated High School, Mrs. Casey earned her degree from the University of Houston-Victoria and Texas A&M International University. As a longtime member of the Campbell family, both an educator and a maroon track parent, Mrs. Casey considers it an honor to serve the campus where her journey in education began and is passionate about fostering a positive, student-centered environment where all learners can thrive. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with staff, students, and families while supporting the growth and success of every Cougar.
